    The 10lb slam ball is an awesome starting weight. I've slammed the ball on my garage floor with no problems. Its a perfect weight for women to start with. You will be surprised that you do not need a heavy weighted slam ball if you are doing fast paced work. The size is perfect, easy to grip, and does not move very much when it hits the ground. I highly recommend the Slam ball to anyone's home gym. Now I need to buy a heavier weighted one for strength building. Thank you Titan Fitness!
