  1. It's a steel box review by Carl on 2/15/2018

I bought two of these when they were on sale along with a Titan flat bench for the sole reason to be able to do seal rows at home. They perform well. Rubber top ensures that by bench won't slide around as I climb on and off. They also have rubber feet on the bottom so they don't slide around on my platform. Puts me at the perfect height for seal rows. I'm 6'1 with long arms and even with a loaded barbell in my hands I still have about half an inch of clearance. That means I can fully extend my arms and get a good stretch in my back each rep. I might also use these for box squats since they're easier to move around than the bench (which is what I was using before). All in all, there's not much else to say. They're steel boxes.
