For the price you can't beat this. The screw and bolt is a pain, but for 25 bucks I'll take that pain. It seems very sturdy, and does exactly what it's supposed to do.
I've had the Duck Walk for a couple of weeks now and while it's not the most pleasant carry you can do, this seems to be made well and is a good variation on the typical carries people do. I agree with the previous poster that something other than a locking nut would be easier to change the plates. As it is, you need to use a couple wrenches to remove the nut or put it back on. I'll grab something the next time I go to the hardware store.
I still recommend it and would buy it again. It doesn't cost much but adds variety to your workouts.
This is a great duck walk handle. It is much cheaper than the competition. The height is perfect for duck walks, and it can hold more weight than advertised. Currently walking 215 + lbs, no issues. Might be too tall of a handle for power stairs, but haven't tried yet. Only reason I give it 4 stars is because it is a pain to screw and unscrew the bolt. I swapped the bolt out for a cheap pin and clip from Home Depot to make loading and unloading easier, and it did the trick. Overall great piece of gear for a great price!!
