The post is made of durable, heavy-duty 4 x 4-inch square steel that is powder-coated black for a longer-lasting finish and will stand up to the most intense workouts. The post features (2) adjustable heights of 7-foot 4-inches or 8-foot 6-inches to fit any size bag. The stand can hold up to 300-pounds.
