The Adjustable Plyometric Box is built for explosive bodyweight training, helping you develop speed, strength, agility, and power for a competitive edge and improved athletic performance. Constructed from heavy-duty steel with a 300 LB weight capacity, this plyo box features a secure locking mechanism and four height settings—12", 16", 20", and 24"—so you can increase intensity as your training progresses.
