Upgrade your setup with QuickSlide™ Roller J-Hooks for smoother bar positioning and fast height adjustments. Designed with QuickSlide™ tech, height changes are as simple as pulling the trigger, tilting the J-Hook back, choosing your height, then tilting forward to lock it in. That means no pins and no removing your J-Hooks from your rack to adjust. Built-in rollers let your bar glide side-to-side for easy centering, so all your effort goes toward your workout. These J-Hooks fit X-3 Series power racks and barbells of all sizes, from standard to oversized squat bars. Sold as a matched left and right pair.
New Design: All Quickslide Sandwich Roller J-Hooks purchased after September 2026 feature an updated design with a UHMW back slider plate, nylon pads on all surfaces that contact the rack upright, as well as a nylon cap on the pin for added protection.
