Experience the strength, stability, and versatility of the T-3 Series Short Squat Stand - built for serious training without compromising space. With the same heavy-duty durability as our T-3 Power Rack, this stand features a dynamic bolt-together frame and reinforced J-Hooks.
The uprights are equipped with Westside hole spacing through the bench and clean pull zone, 2" spacing above and below, plus 6" side hole spacing for endless customization. Standing at 73.5", the short Squat Stand delivers rock-solid stability without requiring floor bolting, making it perfect for home gyms and basements. Its bolt-together design allows for easy transport and installation - even in rooms with lower ceilings - so you can train your way, anywhere.
Customize your squat stand with the T-3 Series Spotter Arms, T-3 Series battle rope anchor, T-3 Series barbell holders, or the rack mounted landmine.
