The 3-in-1 Heavy Foam Plyometric Box gives young athletes three levels of intensity at 12", 14", and 16" to continuously challenge explosive leg power, coordination, balance, strength, and endurance. Made with high-density foam and a durable textured vinyl cover, it reduces slipping and stays put during intense workouts. Unlike wooden plyo boxes, this design is kid-friendly, so no need to worry about scraped shins or hard landings. With a 120 LB weight capacity, it's built to handle step-ups, push-ups, dips, foot switches, lateral movements, and more for a full-body workout.
Note: Always land on the center of the box. Not recommended for use on slick or slippery floors.
