... but there are some build quality issues within the first two weeks of normal use. The center hub has shifted in it's place and there's an uneven gap between the bumper and the center hub - doesn't ruin the plate but more of a long term concern/annoyance.
Overall, happy with the set and as previously stated - I don't think you can beat the price per pound for a competition set. Not sure how long they'll last but only time will tell.
Though I have yet to beat them up and only received the 45 pound pair from the set, I will say, they are beautiful plates and look sturdy, I got them on sale so it was absolutely worth the cost considering the crazy cost of a competitor, great look for a home gym, ill update after some wear and tear if negative.
Personally I love these plates. I did hours of shopping and comparison and honestly I don't regret spending the money on the colored plates. warning they will come in separate boxes and they will be wrapped in plastic with some sort of oil on them. I advise either spraying a cloth with some break-clean and carefully wiping the plates down ( you can rub the colored lettering off so be careful) or just letting them naturally dry off after a quick wiping down with moist towel. Another word of caution they will make your hands smell like rubber personally I do not mind the smell. Other than that for the price, and lets be honest its worth it. They fit really tight on the bar and I like that. This one is a win compared to the price of others. Seriously consider titan if you are in the market for comp bumpers.
