Great workout with this.
I prefer to use this standing on box with arms straight down.
This allows me to use heavier weight without taxing elbow and use the full length of the strap (more "rolls" per set).
Too bad your loading pin is 14.50 inches.
A shorter, 6-8 inch pin would allow enough plates and still use the full length use of the strap.
Works great. Handles are thick, which adds to the purpose and the wrist roller just works. strap is also a perfect length. Couldn't decide on 4 or 5 stars because the powder coat does chip easily however. It even came with a chip or two already on it.
I have a Grip Freak, 2" rubbler with 3" globe ends, that's meant to be suspended. The Titan cuts my load in half, half reps as well, so this isn't doing my ego any goid.
I got this the same day as Titan's globe dumbbell, which I loaded with motor oil before packing with wet sand. Motor oil transferred onto this wrist roller.
Hint: it's a lot easier without motor oil on the grips.
This thing is super beefy and built like a tank from what I can tell. I knocked one star because the carabiner that came with mine does not fit the hole in the load pin I purchased with this. I reached out to customer support so will see what I hear back from them.
Nicest wrist roller on the market. Heavy, beefy, with a slightly textured powder coat. Grip area is about 2 inches in diameter so it really works your grip.
Exactly what I was looking for, for loading weights on my homemade cable system for cable crossovers. Also use them to load weights by attaching a nylon strap to the pin and pipe safety bar and do wrist rolls inside my power rack.
