Train in every position—flat, incline, or decline—with the Elite Series Adjustable FID Bench. Designed for full-body workouts, this bench delivers strength, stability, and space-saving convenience for your home gym or garage setup.
With a 1,000 LB flat weight capacity and 500 LB incline rating, it's built to handle heavy lifts without wobble. The tripod frame ensures solid foot placement during sit-ups and presses, and the foam foot anchors keep you locked in when going all out.
Four seat pad positions and six back pad angles (from 0-85 degrees) let you target key muscles, so you can fine-tune your setup for every lift. It folds upright for quick storage, and the rear wheels and knurled handle make it easy to move.
Built from 11-gauge steel and topped with HeftyGrip vinyl, this adjustable bench is ready for high-volume use. It also features anodized adjustment knobs and rubber feet to stay stable and protect your floors.
