Product Overview
This adduction stretcher machine delivers controlled, progressive stretching up to 180-degrees to target the inner thigh muscles. This boosts leg flexibility and hip mobility for better performance in virtually every sport or workout. This leg stretcher also helps reduce hip pain and post-injury stiffness.
A built-in crank wheel lets you easily adjust the stretch - simply turn the handle to widen the padded leg supports. Vinyl wheels provide smooth transitions and protect your floors as they extend. This machine also includes a hand post that can be placed in any of the six peg holes (three per side) for extra leverage to deepen your stretch.
High-density, dual-layered padding and a high-back design support proper posture during stretching sessions, with two adjustable back pad settings for customizable support. Built with heavy-duty steel, this durable split machine has a compact and stable base with vinyl caster wheels for easy transportation.
