Build a bigger back and work your arms with pulldowns and seated rows. This plate-loaded lat pulldown and low row station combo delivers serious upper-body training with 13" of loadable sleeve length and a 400 LB weight capacity.
Built to withstand a lifetime of intense workouts, this powder-coated steel tower is reinforced for stability and comes with a lat bar, low row handle, and thigh pads with four adjustable positions so you can lock in and stay comfortable through every rep. We recommend bolting your lat tower to the floor before performing upright cable rows.
