Super Easy to put together took about 3 hours with all the accessories on it (I opted for the multi-grip pull-up bar, the cross-member, the dip bars, and the horizontal barbell holder)
I love how many options came with it, the bolted on plate storage is a HUGE plus! With the 3 pull-up bars (2 1 1/4 inch, 1 2 inch thick bars are awesome! Super sturdy and stable with everything tightened. It weighs about 400 lbs without any weights on it, I also have about 500 lbs between the plates on it. So this thing is not going to move anywhere!
Highly suggest this power rack to everyone!
-Another thing I love about Titan Fitness is the free shipping, I placed my order and decided to buy everything at once and it was about 800 lbs total so that shipping cost would have killed me.
if I need anything workout related in the future I know Titan Fitness will be my provider
So I spent A LOT of time searching for racks and reading reviews... I am glad I chose to go with Titan. I know there are some mixed opinions out there AND EVERYONE COMPARES TITAN TO ROGUE, but I think the folks from Titan listened and corrected the issues. Here is the deal... the cons are:
1. The paint ain't great but its not that important to me... Its still good looking.
2. The steel isn't the smoothest but again, its not that important.
3. I wish the rack came with the optional support bar along the bottom.
Thats really it. Whats important to me is that its affordable,it's strong as heck, and is solid. Having a place to store plates is awesome and helps with stability. The rack wobbles a little but its not anything to worry about. I recommend going the extra step and bolting it to the ground.... That's it, problem solved. Once its bolted, the rack is like a sky scraper. Add great customer service and this is the clear choice unless you have an extra $1,000 to spend.
Recently upgraded my basement gym from a T-2 to this T-6 and I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase. I decked out my gym with nearly all Titan equipment. I got this rack, the multi grip pull up bar, Y-dip bar, spotter arms, and adjustable monolifts. I bought everything when they were on sale so my entire setup costs just a fraction of a rack from the other guys.
I bolted this rack to my platform and there is barely any side to side shake. Only time it trembles is when I'm doing weighted dips on one side. I weigh about 240lbs and strapped 90 pounds to my waist and the rack barely moves. I have the utmost confidence that this rack will be able to handle any kind of work out I throw at it. Having my weights stored on the back up rights makes exercise transitions a breeze. The monolifts definitely help when benching. No longer need to lift the weights off of the J hooks and move it into place before I press. I simply lift and go.
Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase and will definitely be looking to Titan Fitness first when I need to purchase more equipment.
