Install took 3 hours. No instruction manual. Had to look at schematic from phone. Slightly challenging. Wish bolts were properly labeled. Wish schematic reflected specifically were each bolt goes. Would ha e saves me time. Installed by mysf which was sketchy at times. Recommend 2 people for install if your not stubborn. All in all very happy with product. Looks just like Rogue product at my work more or less. Glad there were no missing parts as other reviewers have stated.
I just got my X3 rack - The shipping was super fast! - I ordered it on a Sunday got it on Wednesday -
Assembly was smooth and easy - From un-boxing to assembled was less than an hour -
This rack is an outstanding value for the money - It will take anything you have to throw at it -
The quality of the parts and powder coat are far better than I expected for the price -
If you are trying to decide on a rack I completely recommend this one - It can take anything you can throw at it -
I weight 240 and it doesn't budge when i do pull ups on it -
Great price - great value - I could not be happier with my choice!
I am very happy with the X-3 Flat Foot Power Rack. This thing is built like a brick house. I'm 6' tall and I've got plenty of room inside the cage to perform my lifts. I love that it is tall enough and stable enough to do dead-hang pull ups and leg raises. Titan Fitness is a great company to do business with, they really do put their customer's satisfaction first.
This Rack is exactly what I wanted. It performs better than i expected. I weigh 220 lbs, and this rack is Rock solid when doing pull ups without the need to bolt it to the floor. J-Hooks fit perfectly and everything is just Solid. With the money i saved from not buying the Main Competitor's rack, I was also able to afford an Olympic Bar and Bumper plate set. Titan also gets 5 Stars for quickly replacing a part that was damaged in shipment. I will absolutely be purchasing more products from Titan.
Everything fits snug and is built to withstand atomic bombs! So impressed with this rack. Bullet proof ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I have had my X3 flat foot power rack for about a month and have been getting great use out of it. I have been very pleased thus far. I was worried it would wobble since it is not bolted down but I have found mine to be very sold. I have it on top of some rubber trailer mats. I am 6'0" and 185 lbs and have had no issues with kipping pull-ups. I ordered the adjustable plate holders and have liked these as well. I am not a heavy lifter (usually nothing greater than 250 lbs) so do not know how it would handle heavier weight being thrown around on it, but I think it would do fine.
I didn't give it 5 stars due to one of the J-hooks fitting too tight. I can get it on but have to hit it with my hand to get it on and off. I think it could go on and off a little easier.
I was able to put this together in a few hours by myself with no help but highly recommend a 2nd set of hands at least to bolt in the uprights. Pay attention to the length of the bolts. Despite their looking the same, one set is slightly longer than others. I think they could have better assembly instructions as it is merely a picture/diagram of the setup...no steps to follow. However, it is doable by going off the picture. Once put together, I loved it and continue to enjoy. I would recommend this cage to anyone trying to get a garage gym going.
Really impressed with this rack. No damage during shipping. Once bolted together it is very solid, even doing weighted pull-ups. My only issue is the j hooks are slightly too small. One j hook barely fits on the upright. Titan customer service was awesome and sent me a new set. Unfortunately the new set doesn’t fit at all on the uprights. Ended up ordering a set from another manufacturer and it fits perfect. Hopefully Titan can look into the j hook fit and adjust the manufacturing tolerance. Still really impressed with the rack! Great value.
The rack is heavy but will wobble if you use the dip attachments. Also, the band peg holes are too high because of the plate connector brackets. Would recommend getting a t3 if you have the ability to bolt down.
Everything great once I got it. Was a slight delay in shipping. Shipping packaging and time good. Powder coat finish and looks are great. Everything as advertised got the monolifts and adjustable bench alsoRouge cant even compare!
Their customer service is just as good if not better than their product, and their product is phenomenal. If you want a home gym do not hesitate to order from Titan, you can get everything you want for a fraction the cost with the same or better quality.
This track is amazing. I've had a cumulative of over 900 pounds on this Rack while I in a friend squatted. Not bolted to the floor and was super stable. Plenty stable enough for Kipping Pull-Ups.
Will purchase from Titan again for any weight lifting or exercise equipment I deem necessary for my fitness.
I recently installed my X-3 rack. This thing is a beast and completely solid. I added the multigrip pull up which fit perfectly, along with the landmine attachment, dip attachment and some plate holders. This rack holds will hold up to anything I can throw at it. I 'm 6'1" 230lbs and this rack doesn't move at all when I do pullups or rack weight from squats or benching. The rack and attachments all came in solid packing with no scratches, dents or parts missing. I will for sure be a Titan customer for life!
WOW! Shipping is super fast! I ordered it on Sunday and received it on Wednesday afternoon. I put it together in about 2 hours (i wasn't in a hurry). This rack is very stable. Very heavy duty and looks sharp. I did some pullups and actually tried to move this thing around and it is very solid and sturdy. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a solid rack. Very pleased.
This rack is undoubtedly the best value for a rack out there today! For sheer solid feel, unshakeable nature of this rack it can't be beat for the price. Sure, Rogue makes a very high quality product (which I've used many of), but this beast takes care of everything they offer for a fraction of the price. I'm squatting >400 lbs, have failed at >285lbs bench on the safety bars, and am very happy to say I felt safe and secure within this rack. I also have used the landmine attachment with success as well. Overall great product. Yes, the pain peels some (don't they all?) but this is a POWER RACK, not a vintage Mustang. Let's be honest, the strongest people most of us know beat up their equipment...it's kind of the point, right?
I can't wait for more accessories to come out to continue testing this bad boy out. I'd love to see a multi-grip pull-up bar (btw, this thing already comes with fat and skinny bars which is terrific), as well as some implements to do reverse hyperextensions. Can't say enough good about the rack. Also, my wife loves it which says a lot as well. Thanks, Titan! Keep it up with the great values and solid gear!
This rack is excellent. Built very well, super fast delivery.
Customer service has been stellar, both on the phone and by email.
This is by far the best rack for the money. Sure, not made in the US but the customer service is right in Tennessee and and they deliver at the same level as Amazon and Apple.
Rogue, who? So glad I cancelled my order after being treated with lack of respect and chose Titan instead. Already recommended the rack to a friend who bought it as well.
Finally graduated from the normal home gym half rack and bought this beast. Was originally interested in the wide T3 but decided to go with this one while it was on sale. Plenty of room inside the rack, its sturdy, and takes a beating. I was worried about how much weight the safety bars could take but was pleasantly surprised that they didn't bend while doing heavy rack pulls with around 700#. Westside spacing is another beautiful thing about this rack. Remember to number the holes before you start using it to save time when setting up for different exercises. Looking forward to a growing line of accessories to come.
Great value for the price. Solid rack. Dislike the thin safety bars. A bit of a pain with tiny hole spacing. The rack does not have to be bolted down, but it does not provide miracles for uneven garage floor =]
I ordered this rack on a Thursday morning and it was at my house by lunch on Monday, so that was awesome since I was so anxious to get it. As for the rack itself, this thing is freaking amazing! I previously owned the T2 rack that i got off Craigslist about a year back, and it worked well but the stability was lacking a little since I didn't want to bolt it to my garage floor. Like other people who have reviewed this rack, I had the Rogue RML-390F in my cart and almost clicked buy. I just couldn't justify paying that much after comparing it to this X3. If you are in the same position, I urge you to pull up both racks and compare the specs yourself... They are the same rack!
When I started unpackaging this thing I couldn't believe how stout it was, it is worlds ahead of what I had in the T2. Once put together, this thing is heavy duty and doesn't budge. It also just looks cool... so that's nice. Another perk is the height of the pullup bar, i'm 6'4 and doing pullups or hanging leg raises are no problem.
I couldn't be happier with my decision to get this rack... Honestly, can't believe the quality of this thing for the price.
In Summary, this rack is cool. Buy it or you aren't a smart person.
Amazing price and delivered within a week from order with free shipping. Could not be happier with the quality of this product. Assembled quickly and is a beast.
Used for several weeks now and had to come review.
A+++ WORK TITAN KEEP IT UP
This is a fantastic rack. My neighbor has a Rogue RML-390F and I have the X-3. These racks are functionally exactly the same. With the price being 50% less, the X-3 is a perfect option. I received the rack within 3-4 days after ordering. Assembly was easy, and done alone without issues. I ordered a pair of plate storage arms and band pegs with the rack. The plate storage works fine on the back upright, doesn't get in the way when lifting in the rack, and adds some stability. Overall, the rack in very stable. I am 6 ft tall and ~190 lbs and have no concerned about safety. I have used the rack for banded squats and bench so far without issues. If you train with accommodating resistance, you can do it with the X-3. I also purchased the adjustable monolift and couldn't be happier.
Also- all of the X-3 accessories listed above fit on my neighbors Rogue flat foot rack, and all of the Rogue accessories fit on my Titan rack. In my opinion, this is hands down, the best "bang for your buck" rack on the market.
The X-3 rack has exceeded my expectations! It has a really cool look, and is much better than expected. Titan Fitness really knows what they're doing. Rogue look out!!
Every piece of the X-3 Flat Foot Rack is Heavy and Solid!! Pull up bar is almost 7 and half feet high!! J-Hooks are easy to adjust for different exercises like squat or bench press. The rack is completely stable, I purchased the X-3 weight plate holders too... and the additional weight from my weight plates make it even more stable. With a bench and a power bar this is a complete home gym, Incredible! Very solid structure! Best price and awesome quality compared to any other rack I've seen anywhere!! ...and Free Shipping!!
Had this now for a while. I'll keep it simple: For half the cost of the competition, this rack is every bit as good. Laser-cut holes and even a super classy Titan logo, excellent fit and finish and SOLID construction make this the best piece of weightlifting equipment I own. I could have spent a thousand bucks on a similar setup, but I didn't need to. That left me plenty of cash for upgrades. Thanks guys, great job.
I literally agonized over which rack to buy for a week. I had both the Rogue RML390-F and this beauty in their respective carts. I finally pulled the trigger on the Titan X3 and man I'm glad I did. The fit and finish are every bit as nice as the Rogue. Sure, I'll admit the Rogue is powder coated, and this is just painted. Big whoop. It's a squat rack, not a friggin' car. If you are fixated on pretty things to work out with then go to your local women's gym. Everything was well packed and came in one piece in a couple of days. Assembly was relatively easy, but if you are flying solo like I did, you'll have to get real creative. The steel is extremely heavy duty and when assembled, weighs well over 300 pounds. Once together, this rack is super tight. I could not budge it. I only wish Titan offered more accessories so I could give them more of my money! Not to worry though, the Titan rack is compatible with all of the Rogue Monster Lite goodies.
One more comparison between the X3 rack and the Rogue, and it's a very important one: To my door, the Rogue was going to be a week, and cost just under a grand with absolutely no accessories. I ordered this on Thursday, and had it on Monday and it cost me under 600 bucks with 3 weight pegs and a pair of dip bars. Nice work, Titan. You have a customer for life.
Usually don't write reviews but feel compelled to do so because I struggled so much between this and the Rogue equivalent, so here goes. 5'10'' 210 lbs. bench 315, squat 400, pull ups with 90 lbs weight. Rack holds up great. No issues at all. It's heavy as heck when bolted together. Will rock a little with butterfly pullups but that is to be expected. Don't think I could make it tip if I tried. I worried about the pullup bar not being high enough with but it is fine. The safety pins are a pain to move around but it seems like that's the case with the rogue rack as well. This rack was a lot less expensive than the Rogue version and free shipping. It arrived within a week of purchase! Compatible with Rogue ML accessories, which I plan to take advantage of. There were a few dings and scratches in the metal but I really don't give a $^*# since I use it to lift with. Honestly after receiving this item I couldn't stomach paying the Rogue premium, this product is great.
With the free shipping you'll be at about half the price of the Rogue RML-390F. I don't have the Togue model to compare but looking at the specs and the pictures they are pretty close to the same thing. I have had Rogue racks in the past. So I will say the finish of the Rogue are nicer out of the box, but after a couple of months of wear and tear they will look the same. This item is beefy and sturdy. Shipping was fast. Came in 3 boxes and well packed. Delivered via FedEx Ground. It was shipped the same day and delivered the next! This is an excellent value and would recommend anyone on a budget to buy this!
Just received my x-3.. less than 1 week from when I ordered it I received it across the country, in California.
This thing is incredible. I also have a Rogue RML-3 that I use at work. I have to say.. They are VERY similar.
I was hesitant about Titan after seeing some old reviews on youtube about their old HD rack... but they fixed everything!
Fixes as follows:
1. The holes are now laser cut! they even have laser cut "T"s wher other racks have "R"s.. and they have a really nice looking cut "TITAN" on the flat feet.
2. The j-cups have the high quality UMHW plastic with recessed screws.
3. The pin/pipe systems are JUST like they should be! No reducers or bushings in the pipe.. AND.. the pins are nice and long! They go past the second upright 3 full inches which is NICE.. my other rack just barely goes past and it always feels like it's cheating out..
4. The powder coat is NICE. I will say it's probably nicer on the other rack with amost a pebbley finish.. but this seems very nice.
A couple things I would change;
1. I would use shorter bolts high up.. they go past the nut more than they need to on the long ones. 3/4" longer. Just picky/aesthetics..
2. Looking forward to the bolt-down kit! They announced there would be one available soon on their Facebook page, they said the price would be $55. But without it this thing is stout anyway. With the bolt down kit I will be able to add safety spotter arms to bench outside the cage-just personal preference there..
I put the skinny bar between the back uprights to add lateral stability, just because I already have another pullup rig higher up on my wall. I'm 6'3" .. this pullup bar is about 90".. a little short for me, fine for most and 2" taller than my other rack.
3. I bent my upright in a little tightening the top bolts.. Not like there's torque specs or anything in the instructions.. It didn't functionally damage it but again, aesthetics.. A little head's up on the instructions would have been appreciated though!
That's it! It's otherwise PERFECT! and I'm pretty much the pickiest guy I know! I couldn't recommend it more!
