I'm very happy with the service and costumer service from Titan fitness.I buy this half rack on amazons and everything came very fast (all the boxes were in good shape) Very solid rack . I have a problem with one of my j-hooks but Titan send me another one really fast .. we have a rogue fitness rack and this is very similar to the quality and way cheaper. I will purchase more item from Titan fitness..

Can you attach a dip bar to this
A:
The only way the dip bars would be functional on the Squat Racks or the Half Racks, is if the rack is bolted down. We recommend purchasing the Bolt-Down Gusset Plate For X-3 Squat Stand & Half Rack.

Is their anyway to extend the height of the half rack pull up bar for taller people?
A:
Unfortunately, the 87" height of the Pull Up Bar can not be adjusted any higher. Titan currently does not have extensions for height within the Racks.

would this rack allow for kipping pull ups and toe to bar?
A:
Both Pull Up exercises would have too much movement for the X-3 Half Rack to support it as is. We recommend bolting the rack to floor if you wish to do these exercises. The Bolt-Down Gusset Plate For X-3 Squat Stand & Half Rack will allow you to bolt down the rack, the sku number is listed below.

Stable enough for the Flying Pull-up or Y Dip Attachment to still be in use?
A:
Titan doesn't recommend the use of the Y-Dip Bar or the Flying Pull Up Bar on the Squat Racks. It is recommended on Power Racks that are mounted to the ground.
