Product Overview
The Technique Training Barbell helps new lifters develop proper form before progressing to a full-size Olympic barbell. Weighing 8 KG (18 LB), this lightweight aluminum bar supports up to 65 LB and allows training with Olympic-sized plates while focusing on technique and control.
Designed for Olympic weightlifting, it features a 28 mm shaft with medium diamond knurling, single Olympic knurl marks, no center knurl, chrome-coated sleeves, and brass bushings for smooth rotation. The reduced sleeve length keeps the overall weight low, making it ideal for practicing lifts before advancing to a 20 KG Olympic barbell.
