Built for demanding strength training, these Olympic Grip Plates feature a durable cast iron core with a protective rubber coating to help resist chipping and rust while reducing noise during loading and unloading. Contoured grip handles provide a secure, comfortable hold, making it easy to carry, load, and unload plates from Olympic barbells. The versatile design also allows you to use the plates for added resistance during exercises like sit-ups, lunges, and other strength-training movements.
Available in 2.5, 5, 10, and 25 LB plates sold in pairs; 35, 45, and 55 LB plates sold individually; or a complete 245 LB set.
